At Core Grouplckg LLC, we strive to provide the best possible fitness consultation and training experience.
Our refund and cancellation policy lasts 30 days from the date of your purchase or subscription activation. If more than 30 days have passed, we unfortunately cannot offer you a full refund.
Eligibility for Refunds
To be eligible for a refund:

The request must be made within 30 days of your initial purchase.

The fitness course, consultation, or service must not have been fully completed or entirely delivered.

You must provide proof of purchase (such as your account email or receipt).
Please note:
Once a live session, personalized training plan, or consultation has been fully delivered, it is non-refundable. Digital content, downloadable materials, or custom programs are also non-refundable once accessed.
Non-Refundable Items/Services
The following are not eligible for refund:

Fully delivered courses or completed personal training packages.

Customized workout or nutrition plans that have been sent to you.

Subscription fees after the first 30 days.

Missed appointments without prior cancellation notice (see cancellation policy).
Partial Refunds
In certain situations, partial refunds may be granted:

If only part of a multi-session package has been used.

If a scheduled session is canceled by the client with less than 24 hours’ notice, but a valid reason is provided.
Refund Process
Once we receive your refund request, we will review your eligibility and notify you of the approval or rejection.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund after the processing time:

Check your bank account again.

Contact your credit card company, as posting times may vary.

Contact your bank for possible delays in processing.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

You may cancel or reschedule a booked session up to 24 hours in advance at no charge.

Cancellations within less than 24 hours may result in a fee or loss of the session, unless due to emergencies.
